Client Service Agreement & Terms of Service
Thank you for choosing to work with 22 Coaching. This agreement outlines the terms under which coaching, facilitation, consulting, leadership development and related services are provided. By booking or purchasing any paid service from 22 Coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
22 Coaching provides professional services designed to support individuals, teams and organisations in creating greater clarity, alignment, development and sustainable progress. Services may include, but are not limited to:
Individual coaching sessions
Leadership coaching & Leadership development programmes
Team coaching, group workshops and strategy session facilitation
DISC behavioural profiling and debriefing
Business consulting and advisory support
The scope, duration, format and intended outcomes of services will vary depending on the engagement agreed.
NATURE OF COACHING AND PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY
Coaching is a collaborative and forward-looking process designed to support self-awareness, clarity, decision-making, growth, development and action. Coaching, facilitation and consulting services provided by 22 Coaching do not constitute therapy, counselling, psychological treatment, legal advice, financial advice, medical advice or any other regulated professional service. While 22 Coaching provides professional support, challenge, accountability, guidance and developmental frameworks, clients remain fully responsible for their own decisions, actions, behaviours and outcomes. No guarantee is made regarding specific personal, professional, financial, business or organisational results.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Clients agree to:
Attend sessions at agreed times
Engage honestly and openly throughout the process
Provide information reasonably required to support delivery of services
Take responsibility for decisions and actions resulting from coaching or consulting
Respect the agreed scope and boundaries of the engagement.
Where services are purchased by an organisation on behalf of employees or teams, the purchasing organisation is responsible for coordinating attendance, communication and any internal logistics required for delivery.
DATA PROTECTION AND PROFESSIONAL RECORDS
22 Coaching is committed to protecting personal information in accordance with UK GDPR and applicable data protection legislation. Information may be collected for the purposes of:
Delivering coaching and consulting services
Managing bookings, payments and communication
Maintaining professional coaching records
Insurance, supervision, accreditation and professional development requirements
Internal business administration
Information collected may include contact details, session dates, coaching notes, accessibility requirements, booking history and service records. Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. By engaging in paid services, clients consent to 22 Coaching maintaining professional records relating to the engagement.
CONFIDENTIALITY
22 Coaching is committed to creating safe and professional coaching environments. Information shared during individual coaching sessions will be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed without consent except where:
Disclosure is required by law
There is a safeguarding concern or risk of harm to the client or another person
Disclosure is required as part of professional or regulatory obligations
For team coaching, workshops or facilitated group sessions, confidentiality between participants cannot be guaranteed. Participants are expected to contribute respectfully and help maintain psychologically safe environments for others.
ASSESSMENTS, FRAMEWORKS AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
22 Coaching may provide access to proprietary frameworks, coaching tools, behavioural assessments, exercises, written materials and methodologies as part of its services. These materials remain the intellectual property of 22 Coaching unless otherwise agreed in writing. Materials are provided for personal or internal organisational development purposes only and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, externally delivered or commercially reused without written permission. Where behavioural profiling tools such as DISC are used, these are intended solely for development, coaching and awareness purposes and should not be treated as psychological assessments or used as the sole basis for organisational decision-making.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
22 Coaching shall not be liable for any direct or indirect loss, financial loss, business loss, personal loss, organisational impact or unintended outcomes resulting from participation in coaching, facilitation, consulting or development services. Clients accept full responsibility for decisions, actions and outcomes arising from the engagement. Nothing within this agreement excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.
PAYMENT, BOOKING, CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING
Payment terms will be agreed at the point of booking or outlined separately within a proposal, invoice, purchase order, or written agreement. For individual clients purchasing services directly, payment is required in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing. Where services are purchased by an organisation on behalf of an individual, team, or group, booking confirmation may be secured through an approved purchase order, signed proposal, formal written confirmation, or other agreed business authorisation in place of immediate payment. For organisational or business clients, payment terms may vary depending on the nature of the engagement and will be specified separately. Unless otherwise agreed, invoiced payments are due within 30 days. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
All confirmed bookings are considered contractually agreed once payment has been received or formal business authorisation has been provided
Payments made are non-refundable
Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours notice
Cancellations, rescheduling requests, or non-attendance within 48 hours of the scheduled session are chargeable in full
Workshop, coaching, or facilitation dates are not secured until payment or formal booking authorisation has been received
Any exceptions or alternative arrangements remain entirely at the discretion of 22 Coaching.
UNEXPECTED CIRCUMSTANCES
22 Coaching will not be held liable for delays, postponements or inability to deliver services resulting from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including illness, technical failure, travel disruption or other unforeseen events. Where possible, alternative arrangements will be offered.

By booking, purchasing or engaging in any paid service provided by 22 Coaching, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these terms.
